- Legitimate interest — responding to your inquiry, securing the site.
- Contract — delivering services you engage us for.
4. Retention
Inquiry data: up to 24 months. Customer records: duration of contract + 7 years (statutory). Analytics: 14 months.
5. Sharing & subprocessors
We use vetted processors for hosting, email, and analytics. A current list is available on request and in our Data Processing Addendum.

Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and supplementary safeguards.
